Is This the Best Pie in New York?

Petra Paredez's small Petee's Pie Company turns out roughly 15,000 pies in the week before Thanksgiving, a pace built on skills she picked up as a kid in her parents' Virginia bakery. The film follows one pumpkin pie from crust to a taste test back at the Great Big Story office.
