Meet the Steven Spielberg of Wakaliwood

Isaac Nabwana shoots, edits and often stars in ultra-low-budget action films out of Wakaliga, a slum in Kampala, using budgets under $200 to build Wakaliwood into an internationally known DIY studio. With more than 40 films made and actors traveling from abroad to work with him, the film shows how far scrappy ambition can travel.
