A public prosecutor and a teacher

A schoolteacher is charged with killing her husband after he misreads her sheltering of an escaped convict, and the prosecutor handed the case is the poor pupil she once fed and clothed. Among the oldest surviving Korean features, it carries its melodrama almost entirely in gesture and in a debt repaid decades late.
