A father searching Seoul for the daughter he lost during the war gets a stranger's help navigating a city he has never seen, and their search turns into a tour of the era's biggest pop and jazz acts performing at the Walkerhill resort. It ends where he never expected to look: onstage, where his daughter has become the singer everyone else came to see.
