A Seoul sporting-goods shopkeeper is teased daily by his neighbour because not one of his four grown sons, a barber, a cab driver, a record-shop owner and a club bandleader, has married by thirty. Ordered to go and find brides themselves, the brothers run four separate courtship campaigns of fake heroics and borrowed serenades that converge on a single joint wedding.
