The Martyred

An intelligence officer investigating the wartime killing of a group of ministers cannot get a straight answer from the one who survived, and that minister's own congregation brands him a traitor for his silence. A captured enemy officer eventually explains why, in a film less interested in solving the case than in asking what faith is worth when God stays quiet.
