A mother goes to extraordinary lengths to get her seven-year-old son the school bag he has been begging for as a birthday gift, in a story inspired by the 2014 Peshawar school massacre. Rasika Dugal carries the film's second half, where an ordinary act of parental love is set against an unbearable loss.
