War of Colors

Rue, a young Black woman with albinism, moves through work, family and a spoken-word scene that never quite lets her belong fully to either the Black or white communities around her. Played by model and actor Diandra Forrest, she pushes past that isolation onto a stage to finally claim her own story in her own voice.
