Jessica Stuart and a Japanese girl named Fukue were childhood best friends and then pen pals, until the letters stopped arriving three decades ago. Director Daniel Roher follows Stuart back to Japan as she tries to track down what happened to a friendship that shaped her without ever fully ending.
